SAKUMETA Fujisaki Nagihiko Cosplay Wig
Custom Deep Purple Heat-Resistant Matte Fiber
This Fujisaki Nagihiko cosplay wig is made with custom deep purple heat-resistant matte fiber to recreate the character's distinctive hairstyle from Shugo Chara!. The matte finish reduces excessive shine, helping the color appear more natural under convention lighting and in photography.
The fiber supports moderate heat styling, making it easier to reshape the fringe, adjust loose strands, or perform additional trimming without rebuilding the entire hairstyle.
Two Hairstyle Options for Different Character Looks
The wig is designed to display both Nagihiko's loose long hair and high ponytail appearance, allowing cosplayers to recreate different versions of the character seen throughout the series.
Having both styling options provides greater flexibility for conventions, stage performances, and photoshoots without requiring a completely different wig.
Long Straight Hair with Full Bangs
The long straight silhouette is paired with neatly cut full bangs to match the character's original proportions. The clean structure also provides a solid styling foundation for minor adjustments based on personal preference.
Additional fringe length is reserved so the bangs can be trimmed to better suit different face shapes while maintaining character accuracy.
Realistic Scalp with Natural Hair Part
A realistic silicone scalp creates a cleaner and more natural hair part, especially for close-up photography. This construction helps reduce the appearance of the wig base around the crown while improving the overall finish.
Combined with the straight hairstyle, the scalp design contributes to a more convincing character recreation without requiring extensive modification.
Pre-Styled Base with Breathable Rose Mesh Cap
The wig comes with a pre-styled base that preserves the overall hairstyle while leaving room for further customization. Inside, the breathable rose mesh cap improves airflow, and adjustable straps allow the fit to be adapted for different head sizes.
This construction is suitable for cosplay events, studio photography, stage performances, and repeated wear.
Beyond Cosplay - Bring the Character to Life
In the sparkling and magical world of Shugo Chara!, Fujisaki Nagihiko stands as the ultimate embodiment of duality, grace, and hidden strength. As a member of the prestigious Fujisaki family, which has a long-standing tradition of Kabuki theater, he was raised as a girl named "Nadeshiko" to master the delicate and graceful "female role" dances. This unique upbringing created a fascinating contrast within him. Beneath his gentle, polite, and tea-serving exterior as Nadeshiko lies the true Nagihiko—a sharp, strategic, and slightly rebellious boy with a fiery competitive spirit. His journey is one of self-discovery and breaking free from the constraints of tradition. Returning to Seiyo Academy as the new Jack's Chair, he reveals his true identity, bringing with him a new Guardian Character, "Rhythm," which perfectly complements his hidden love for basketball and his desire for freedom. His iconic deep purple hair perfectly captures this dual nature: when worn down, it reflects the serene elegance of Nadeshiko, and when tied up, it reveals the dynamic and resolute spirit of Nagihiko.
To recreate those different appearances, SAKUMETA designed this cosplay wig with a versatile styling foundation that supports both hairstyle variations. The custom deep purple matte fiber, realistic scalp, and pre-styled structure provide a practical base that can be refined for conventions, photoshoots, performances, or personal character interpretation.

How to Wear a Wig?
Before wearing a wig, ensure your hair is securely fixed with a wig cap, making sure it is smooth and flat to avoid puffiness or slippage. The wig cap should fit snugly against your scalp without being too tight to maintain comfort. When putting on the wig, start at the forehead and slowly pull it back over your head, aligning the wig's hairline with your natural hairline. Adjust the wig to cover your entire head and gently pat it to ensure a snug fit.
If the wig has straps or clips, use them to enhance stability, especially during extended wear or outdoor activities. For long wigs, gently comb the strands after wearing to maintain a natural and neat appearance.
What is Wig Styling Level?
Wig Styling Level is a star-based rating system (★ one star to ★★★★★ five stars) that shows how much styling effort may be needed to achieve the look shown in our product photos. Some wigs are nearly ready to wear, while others may require trimming, shaping, or other DIY styling work.
How to Care for Your Wig After Wearing?
It's normal for your wig to get messy after wearing due to friction with clothing. Carry a wig care spray to reduce frizz and static. After removing the wig, finger-detangle knots, then gently comb from the ends up. For stubborn tangles, trim as needed without affecting the overall look. Wigs don’t need frequent washing; once every 1-2 months is sufficient. To remove hairspray or sweat, soak the wig briefly in lukewarm water with shampoo, then air dry naturally, avoiding heat or direct sunlight.
How to Clean Your Wig?
Wigs don't require frequent washing. If worn daily, clean them every 1-2 months; if worn occasionally, every six months is sufficient. For cleaning, submerge the wig in lukewarm water, add a small amount of shampoo or conditioner, and gently wash it, avoiding vigorous scrubbing or prolonged soaking. After washing, press the wig with a towel to absorb excess water, but do not use a hot dryer or direct sunlight to dry it, as this can damage the fibers. Air drying is the best way to maintain the wig's texture and style.
Why Does My Wig Make My Head Look Big or Feel Unstable?
If your wig makes your head look larger or feels unstable, it’s likely because your natural hair wasn’t properly secured with a wig cap. The right way is to first wrap your hair tightly with a wig cap and secure it with hairpins to ensure a smooth, even surface. This will help the wig sit securely and prevent it from making your head appear larger.
Wig Hair Quality
Wig hair quality can vary depending on the season, style, and material. During summer, wigs tend to be smoother, so it’s best to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent deformation. In winter, wigs might feel drier, so soaking them in warm water with conditioner can help keep them smooth and reduce static.
Can Wigs Be Heat-Styled or Dyed?
High-temperature synthetic wigs can be styled with curling irons or flat irons at temperatures below 120°C (248°F). However, be cautious with the heat to avoid damaging the fibers. While wigs can be dyed, we recommend against it since synthetic fibers lack cuticles to lock in color, leading to quick fading. Additionally, the dyeing process for wigs is complex and can be time-consuming, so it’s best to avoid re-dyeing to preserve the wig’s quality.
Is a higher star level better quality?
Not at all. The level only reflects how much styling work might be needed—not the quality of the wig itself. All of our character wigs (except universal/base wigs) come with a basic pre-style. The star level simply helps you estimate how much additional effort may be required to recreate the look in the product images.
I’m new to cosplay—what level should I choose?
We recommend starting with wigs rated 1 to 3 stars. These usually require minimal styling or are very beginner-friendly. You can still look fantastic without needing professional tools or prior experience.
