SAKUMETA Flag-Inspired Colorful Wig
Flag-Inspired Color Combinations for a Distinctive Look
The SAKUMETA Flag-Inspired Colorful Wig series takes inspiration from the representative colors found in national and regional flags, incorporating different color combinations through highlights, gradients, and multi-color designs. Compared with a single-color wig, these combinations create more visible color dimension and work well when you want a hairstyle with a stronger visual presence.
The flag-inspired concept does not limit the wigs to a specific country or sporting event. Different color combinations can be chosen according to personal preference and paired with outfits, makeup, or event themes, allowing the colorful wig to become a distinctive part of the overall look.
Multiple Color and Hairstyle Options for Different Styles
This series includes a variety of color combinations and hairstyles, with different lengths, shapes, and styling designs available across the collection. This gives you the flexibility to choose a wig based on your personal style and the overall look you want to create, rather than being limited to one specific hairstyle.
For anyone who enjoys experimenting with colorful wigs, different color combinations can create noticeably different looks. They can also be matched with outfits, team colors, or event themes when a more coordinated appearance is needed.
High-Temperature Matte Synthetic Fiber with a Softer Finish
The wigs are made with high-temperature matte synthetic fiber, which has a softer surface finish that helps reduce the noticeable shine often associated with synthetic wigs. For colorful wigs, the softer finish helps different shades and color combinations appear more balanced while reducing an overly plastic-looking appearance.
The heat-stylable fiber also allows further adjustments when needed for a specific hairstyle. For heat styling, use a temperature between 150°C and 180°C, and do not exceed 180°C. When using heat tools, check the condition of the hairstyle and fiber first and start at a lower temperature when possible.
Versatile Styling for Everyday Wear, Holidays and Events
Although these colorful wigs have a distinctive themed appearance, they are not limited to one specific type of event. Depending on the color combination and how you style it, a Flag-Inspired Colorful Wig can be worn for everyday looks, holiday celebrations, parties, cultural events, sports events, themed activities, and social media content.
For anyone who wants to change their overall look quickly for different occasions, a colorful wig can become another visual element alongside clothing and makeup. It can work as a colorful everyday hairstyle or complement a specific holiday or event theme through its color combination.
Breathable Rose Net Wig Cap with an Adjustable Fit
The rose net wig cap provides breathability and flexibility, while the adjustable straps allow you to make small adjustments for a more secure and comfortable fit. Keeping your natural hair flat underneath the wig and adjusting the cap before wearing can help the hairstyle maintain its intended shape.
The straightforward construction also makes these wigs accessible to beginners who are new to Synthetic Wigs or colorful wigs. After wearing, the amount of styling or adjustment needed will depend on the specific hairstyle, but basic care can help keep the wig looking neat and reduce unnecessary tangling.

How to Wear a Wig?
Before wearing a wig, ensure your hair is securely fixed with a wig cap, making sure it is smooth and flat to avoid puffiness or slippage. The wig cap should fit snugly against your scalp without being too tight to maintain comfort. When putting on the wig, start at the forehead and slowly pull it back over your head, aligning the wig's hairline with your natural hairline. Adjust the wig to cover your entire head and gently pat it to ensure a snug fit.
If the wig has straps or clips, use them to enhance stability, especially during extended wear or outdoor activities. For long wigs, gently comb the strands after wearing to maintain a natural and neat appearance.
What is Wig Styling Level?
Wig Styling Level is a star-based rating system (★ one star to ★★★★★ five stars) that shows how much styling effort may be needed to achieve the look shown in our product photos. Some wigs are nearly ready to wear, while others may require trimming, shaping, or other DIY styling work.
How to Care for Your Wig After Wearing?
It's normal for your wig to get messy after wearing due to friction with clothing. Carry a wig care spray to reduce frizz and static. After removing the wig, finger-detangle knots, then gently comb from the ends up. For stubborn tangles, trim as needed without affecting the overall look. Wigs don’t need frequent washing; once every 1-2 months is sufficient. To remove hairspray or sweat, soak the wig briefly in lukewarm water with shampoo, then air dry naturally, avoiding heat or direct sunlight.
How to Clean Your Wig?
Wigs don't require frequent washing. If worn daily, clean them every 1-2 months; if worn occasionally, every six months is sufficient. For cleaning, submerge the wig in lukewarm water, add a small amount of shampoo or conditioner, and gently wash it, avoiding vigorous scrubbing or prolonged soaking. After washing, press the wig with a towel to absorb excess water, but do not use a hot dryer or direct sunlight to dry it, as this can damage the fibers. Air drying is the best way to maintain the wig's texture and style.
Why Does My Wig Make My Head Look Big or Feel Unstable?
If your wig makes your head look larger or feels unstable, it’s likely because your natural hair wasn’t properly secured with a wig cap. The right way is to first wrap your hair tightly with a wig cap and secure it with hairpins to ensure a smooth, even surface. This will help the wig sit securely and prevent it from making your head appear larger.
Wig Hair Quality
Wig hair quality can vary depending on the season, style, and material. During summer, wigs tend to be smoother, so it’s best to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent deformation. In winter, wigs might feel drier, so soaking them in warm water with conditioner can help keep them smooth and reduce static.
Can Wigs Be Heat-Styled or Dyed?
High-temperature synthetic wigs can be styled with curling irons or flat irons at temperatures below 120°C (248°F). However, be cautious with the heat to avoid damaging the fibers. While wigs can be dyed, we recommend against it since synthetic fibers lack cuticles to lock in color, leading to quick fading. Additionally, the dyeing process for wigs is complex and can be time-consuming, so it’s best to avoid re-dyeing to preserve the wig’s quality.
Is a higher star level better quality?
Not at all. The level only reflects how much styling work might be needed—not the quality of the wig itself. All of our character wigs (except universal/base wigs) come with a basic pre-style. The star level simply helps you estimate how much additional effort may be required to recreate the look in the product images.
I’m new to cosplay—what level should I choose?
We recommend starting with wigs rated 1 to 3 stars. These usually require minimal styling or are very beginner-friendly. You can still look fantastic without needing professional tools or prior experience.
