SAKUMETA Talia Yang Cosplay Wig
Talia Yang Signature Pink Short Hairstyle with a Clean Silhouette
This SAKUMETA cosplay wig recreates Talia Yang’s signature pink short hairstyle, focusing on its clean and defined overall silhouette. The short main hairstyle establishes the recognizable foundation of her character design while keeping the overall shape visually sharp and structured.
Layered Bangs with Lightweight Short Side Strands
The layered bangs are combined with short sections around both sides of the face to create a lightweight framing structure. This arrangement follows the layered appearance of Talia Yang’s hairstyle and keeps the front and sides visually connected to the short main cut.
Extra-Long Side Braid with a Distinctive Length Contrast
One side features an extra-long hair section formed into a slender braid, creating a strong contrast with the short hair that makes up the main hairstyle. This asymmetrical length difference is an important visual detail of Talia Yang’s character design and gives the overall silhouette a distinctive shape.
Curved Crown Strand with a Raised Silhouette Detail
A slender hair section at the crown curves upward to create a noticeable raised detail. This upward shape adds another recognizable element to the hairstyle while giving the top of the wig a more defined character silhouette.
Beyond Cosplay - Bring the Character to Life
Raised among the towering corpo buildings of Night City but shaped by the brutal influence of Maelstrom, Talia Yang grew into a fiercely independent young woman caught between two very different worlds. Her upbringing exposed her to the polished side of corporate life, while her experience with Maelstrom immersed her in a culture defined by extreme violence and an obsession with chrome. Rather than simply following the world around her, Talia has developed a strong sense of independence within this harsh environment, becoming one of the distinctive new faces of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2.
Bring Talia Yang’s striking visual identity to life with SAKUMETA’s carefully structured cosplay wig. The pink short hairstyle establishes the sharp foundation of her character design, while the layered bangs and short side sections create the lightweight framing around her face. The extra-long side section is formed into a slender braid, creating the dramatic contrast between her short main hair and the single extended strand. At the crown, the curved upward hair section adds another recognizable detail to the silhouette. Together, these asymmetric elements give the SAKUMETA Talia Yang cosplay wig the distinctive structure needed to recreate her cyberpunk-inspired appearance for conventions and character photoshoots.

How to Wear a Wig?
Before wearing a wig, ensure your hair is securely fixed with a wig cap, making sure it is smooth and flat to avoid puffiness or slippage. The wig cap should fit snugly against your scalp without being too tight to maintain comfort. When putting on the wig, start at the forehead and slowly pull it back over your head, aligning the wig's hairline with your natural hairline. Adjust the wig to cover your entire head and gently pat it to ensure a snug fit.
If the wig has straps or clips, use them to enhance stability, especially during extended wear or outdoor activities. For long wigs, gently comb the strands after wearing to maintain a natural and neat appearance.
What is Wig Styling Level?
Wig Styling Level is a star-based rating system (★ one star to ★★★★★ five stars) that shows how much styling effort may be needed to achieve the look shown in our product photos. Some wigs are nearly ready to wear, while others may require trimming, shaping, or other DIY styling work.
How to Care for Your Wig After Wearing?
It's normal for your wig to get messy after wearing due to friction with clothing. Carry a wig care spray to reduce frizz and static. After removing the wig, finger-detangle knots, then gently comb from the ends up. For stubborn tangles, trim as needed without affecting the overall look. Wigs don’t need frequent washing; once every 1-2 months is sufficient. To remove hairspray or sweat, soak the wig briefly in lukewarm water with shampoo, then air dry naturally, avoiding heat or direct sunlight.
How to Clean Your Wig?
Wigs don't require frequent washing. If worn daily, clean them every 1-2 months; if worn occasionally, every six months is sufficient. For cleaning, submerge the wig in lukewarm water, add a small amount of shampoo or conditioner, and gently wash it, avoiding vigorous scrubbing or prolonged soaking. After washing, press the wig with a towel to absorb excess water, but do not use a hot dryer or direct sunlight to dry it, as this can damage the fibers. Air drying is the best way to maintain the wig's texture and style.
Why Does My Wig Make My Head Look Big or Feel Unstable?
If your wig makes your head look larger or feels unstable, it’s likely because your natural hair wasn’t properly secured with a wig cap. The right way is to first wrap your hair tightly with a wig cap and secure it with hairpins to ensure a smooth, even surface. This will help the wig sit securely and prevent it from making your head appear larger.
Wig Hair Quality
Wig hair quality can vary depending on the season, style, and material. During summer, wigs tend to be smoother, so it’s best to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent deformation. In winter, wigs might feel drier, so soaking them in warm water with conditioner can help keep them smooth and reduce static.
Can Wigs Be Heat-Styled or Dyed?
High-temperature synthetic wigs can be styled with curling irons or flat irons at temperatures below 120°C (248°F). However, be cautious with the heat to avoid damaging the fibers. While wigs can be dyed, we recommend against it since synthetic fibers lack cuticles to lock in color, leading to quick fading. Additionally, the dyeing process for wigs is complex and can be time-consuming, so it’s best to avoid re-dyeing to preserve the wig’s quality.
Is a higher star level better quality?
Not at all. The level only reflects how much styling work might be needed—not the quality of the wig itself. All of our character wigs (except universal/base wigs) come with a basic pre-style. The star level simply helps you estimate how much additional effort may be required to recreate the look in the product images.
I’m new to cosplay—what level should I choose?
We recommend starting with wigs rated 1 to 3 stars. These usually require minimal styling or are very beginner-friendly. You can still look fantastic without needing professional tools or prior experience.
