Which countries do you ship to?
We offer Express Shipping to most countries and Standard Shipping to many. The available shipping methods and costs will be shown during checkout.
Note:
Express Shipping is the only option for certain regions, including parts of Africa, Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro, and Sri Lanka. This may change due to events like pandemics or other disruptions.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer two options: Standard and Express Shipping.
- Standard Shipping is generally low-cost and free for orders over $100.
- Express Shipping ranges from $20 to $45, depending on the country. Orders over $300 receive free Express Shipping.*
*Shipping fees exclude import taxes and processing fees, which are the customer's responsibility. Refusal to pay such fees will result in a deduction for return shipping costs. Additional charges may apply for remote areas.
How long will my order take?
- In-stock items ship within 3 working days.
- Custom and pre-order items take longer—please inquire for details.
For delivery:
- Standard Shipping takes 8-15 working days, but it may extend depending on your country.
- Express Shipping typically delivers in 5-7 working days.
Please note that shipping times may vary due to holidays, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
Who covers import taxes and fees?
Customers are responsible for any customs, import, or processing fees. If you refuse the parcel, we will deduct the shipping fees from your refund.
How do I get help with my order?
Upon receiving your package, inspect it before signing. We recommend recording an unboxing video.
For issues like missing or faulty items, please email us at support@sakumeta.com with the following details:
- Order number and a clear description of the issue.
- Photos and videos showing the problem, with shipping details visible on the packaging.
If additional information is needed, we will request it. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the case. For incorrect products, we will decide if a return is necessary. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
