SAKUMETA Prune Cosplay Wig
Faithfully Recreated Prune's Signature Layered Short Hairstyle
Inspired by Prune's appearance in Genshin Impact, this cosplay wig faithfully recreates the character's signature short hairstyle with delicate side braids and carefully layered wispy strands. Every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to capture Prune's lively personality while maintaining excellent character accuracy.
Designed by SAKUMETA for passionate Genshin Impact fans and cosplay enthusiasts, this wig is ideal for conventions, cosplay competitions, livestreams, professional photography, and stage performances.
Custom Deep Purple Heat-Resistant Matte Fiber
Crafted from premium heat-resistant matte synthetic fibers, the wig features a custom deep purple shade that perfectly recreates Prune's iconic hairstyle. The rich color enhances the character's mysterious elegance while the matte finish minimizes shine for a more natural anime-inspired appearance.
The high-quality fibers support heat styling up to 150°C, making trimming, reshaping, and personalized styling easy while maintaining softness and long-lasting durability.
Realistic Scalp Top with Natural Hair Part Design
The realistic simulated scalp top features a carefully designed natural hair part that closely mimics authentic hair growth, creating convincing crown detail from every viewing angle. This construction greatly enhances realism during close-up photography and convention appearances.
Combined with the layered hairstyle, every detail contributes to a polished and immersive cosplay experience.
Pre-Styled Airy Layered Structure for Easy Styling
Professionally pre-styled before shipping, the wig preserves an airy layered silhouette that closely matches the in-game appearance while reducing the amount of styling required. This makes the wig especially beginner-friendly without sacrificing customization potential.
Whether you're preparing for a cosplay contest or creating cinematic character photos, the pre-styled structure provides an excellent foundation for further refinement.
Breathable Rose Mesh Cap with Adjustable Strap for Comfortable Wear
A breathable rose mesh cap promotes excellent airflow during extended wear, while adjustable elastic straps ensure a secure fit for various head sizes. The lightweight construction delivers long-lasting comfort throughout conventions and performances.
Built with SAKUMETA's professional craftsmanship, this cosplay wig combines realism, durability, and wearing comfort to help every cosplayer confidently portray Prune.
Beyond Cosplay - Bring the Character to Life
In the free-spirited city of Mondstadt, a unique and rebellious young visitor has been turning heads. Prune, the self-proclaimed "Witch Hunter," arrives with a serious mission to bring justice to the infamous "Grand Witch" Alice. Armed with a tactical notebook and a fierce determination, she attempts to navigate the world with a rationality far beyond her years. Yet, beneath her mature exterior and her quest for vengeance lies a heart that simply yearns for adventure and friendship. Her signature deep purple hair perfectly captures this duality, blending the mysterious aura of a seasoned hunter with the vibrant, playful energy of a child who is about to be swept up in a gentle "trap" of innocence alongside her new best friend, Klee.
To faithfully recreate every signature detail, SAKUMETA developed this cosplay wig using custom deep purple heat-resistant matte fibers, a realistic simulated scalp, and a professionally pre-styled layered construction that balances accuracy, comfort, and styling flexibility. Whether you're attending a comic convention, competing in cosplay contests, producing cinematic photography, or bringing your favorite Genshin Impact character to life online, this premium SAKUMETA cosplay wig is built to help you achieve a professional-quality transformation.

How to Wear a Wig?
Before wearing a wig, ensure your hair is securely fixed with a wig cap, making sure it is smooth and flat to avoid puffiness or slippage. The wig cap should fit snugly against your scalp without being too tight to maintain comfort. When putting on the wig, start at the forehead and slowly pull it back over your head, aligning the wig's hairline with your natural hairline. Adjust the wig to cover your entire head and gently pat it to ensure a snug fit.
If the wig has straps or clips, use them to enhance stability, especially during extended wear or outdoor activities. For long wigs, gently comb the strands after wearing to maintain a natural and neat appearance.
What is Wig Styling Level?
Wig Styling Level is a star-based rating system (★ one star to ★★★★★ five stars) that shows how much styling effort may be needed to achieve the look shown in our product photos. Some wigs are nearly ready to wear, while others may require trimming, shaping, or other DIY styling work.
How to Care for Your Wig After Wearing?
It's normal for your wig to get messy after wearing due to friction with clothing. Carry a wig care spray to reduce frizz and static. After removing the wig, finger-detangle knots, then gently comb from the ends up. For stubborn tangles, trim as needed without affecting the overall look. Wigs don’t need frequent washing; once every 1-2 months is sufficient. To remove hairspray or sweat, soak the wig briefly in lukewarm water with shampoo, then air dry naturally, avoiding heat or direct sunlight.
How to Clean Your Wig?
Wigs don't require frequent washing. If worn daily, clean them every 1-2 months; if worn occasionally, every six months is sufficient. For cleaning, submerge the wig in lukewarm water, add a small amount of shampoo or conditioner, and gently wash it, avoiding vigorous scrubbing or prolonged soaking. After washing, press the wig with a towel to absorb excess water, but do not use a hot dryer or direct sunlight to dry it, as this can damage the fibers. Air drying is the best way to maintain the wig's texture and style.
Why Does My Wig Make My Head Look Big or Feel Unstable?
If your wig makes your head look larger or feels unstable, it’s likely because your natural hair wasn’t properly secured with a wig cap. The right way is to first wrap your hair tightly with a wig cap and secure it with hairpins to ensure a smooth, even surface. This will help the wig sit securely and prevent it from making your head appear larger.
Wig Hair Quality
Wig hair quality can vary depending on the season, style, and material. During summer, wigs tend to be smoother, so it’s best to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent deformation. In winter, wigs might feel drier, so soaking them in warm water with conditioner can help keep them smooth and reduce static.
Can Wigs Be Heat-Styled or Dyed?
High-temperature synthetic wigs can be styled with curling irons or flat irons at temperatures below 120°C (248°F). However, be cautious with the heat to avoid damaging the fibers. While wigs can be dyed, we recommend against it since synthetic fibers lack cuticles to lock in color, leading to quick fading. Additionally, the dyeing process for wigs is complex and can be time-consuming, so it’s best to avoid re-dyeing to preserve the wig’s quality.
Is a higher star level better quality?
Not at all. The level only reflects how much styling work might be needed—not the quality of the wig itself. All of our character wigs (except universal/base wigs) come with a basic pre-style. The star level simply helps you estimate how much additional effort may be required to recreate the look in the product images.
I’m new to cosplay—what level should I choose?
We recommend starting with wigs rated 1 to 3 stars. These usually require minimal styling or are very beginner-friendly. You can still look fantastic without needing professional tools or prior experience.
